I went to Myra Glass today to buy a replacement pane of glass. The young man behind the counter could not have been more helpful and understanding. He asked one of the staff to come and explain the fitting and replacement of a broken shed window. Again, he was absolutely professional and courteous and explained the process in simple and clear detail. Upon leaving and waiting outside while the glass was cut, the young man from behind the counter came outside, wholly unprompted, where we were waiting and offered further assistance by phone if I needed it. I, and most importantly my wife, could not  recommend Myra and our experience highly enough. Professional, friendly and efficient not to mention non-judgemental to an effective novice!!

I would highly recommend this company. From my first encounter with them they were extremely professional and so lovely to deal with. I would like to leave my feedback. Jake assisted me via email, and unlike any other store I contacted, he responded quickly and was very attentive to my specifications. When I visited the store in person, he was incredibly kind and helped me with every detail. I definitely recommend Myraglass, especially Jake, who provided service as if it were for himself. Requested a quote for 3 mirrors and heard back early the next morning with a very reasonable price, more reasonable than other companies I had enquired about. The whole process was so smooth. I accepted the price and my order was processed and my mirrors were ready to collect in 2 days of requesting the quote. They were just a simple polished edge without any frame, however I was very impressed with the speed and service!! I would definitely use Myra Glass again if I needed any mirror or glass for a project
